Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Dentis is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage & Loss Policy
Dentis is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@dentis.co.uk with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our support team will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
All returns, regardless of order size, require initiation within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Please contact support@dentis.co.uk to start the return process.
